FAQ
What will the home inspection cover?
The home inspection will cover and include a visual inspection of all accessible components, systems, and appliances.
Should I have my newly constructed home inspected?
Absolutely. Inspecting a new home prior to closing is an excellent idea. Consider the inspection fee that you pay as an investment in the quality and integrity of your new home. Keep in mind that most city hired inspectors are inspecting 25 to 40 home daily. This gives them approximately 20 minutes to inspect your home each time they inspect a new phase of the home's construction.
How long will the inspection take?
Inspection time will vary based on the age, condition, and features of the home. Generally, you can anticipate the inspection lasting just over an hour per thousand square feet. Nevertheless, this isn't a process where you want to be impatient. The more time allotted for the inspection, then the more thorough your inspector is allowed to be.
Do I have to be present at the time of the inspection?
Though your presence is welcomed during the inspection, we recommend that you spend your time more wisely. Our suggestion is that you provide us with a list of concern items so that we may further evaluate them during the inspection. Then upon the completion of the inspection process, we review our findings as well those items in which you were concerned. Concern items may be revisited collectively at the time of the report review.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard). In some cases we can accept payments through fund disbursements from the title company at closing.
